We are devoted to taking the stress out of finding the right care specialist for your family. Our trained and licensed employment counselors know how to screen care specialists to find the most qualified, loving, caring, fun and responsible individuals to care for you and your family. We know trusting someone with your children and your home is tough and properly screening them is imperative. We also know you are busy with work and family and that interviewing dozens of care specialists can be time consuming. We make the process easier by only sending you the best matches to choose from.
First Class Care by Mom’s Best Friend selects the most qualified, trusted professionals to present to our clients for employment consideration. Our care specialists go through a rigorous screening process before ever being considered for placement in a client’s home. Each care specialist is personally interviewed by a First Class Care licensed employment counselor and must meet the following criteria to be considered for placement through our agency:
- Must be legal to work in the United States
- 20 years or older
- 2+ years of professional experience
- High School Graduate
- Work References
- Doctors physical in the last 12 months
- Speak fluent English
- No criminal convictions
- Current driver license
First Class Care gives all nannies a Basic Skills Test that was developed to assess a nanny’s basic child care knowledge. The test is a 30 question, multiple choice exam. The exam addresses Health, Safety, Nutrition, Professionalism, SIDS and Child Development. The minimum passing score is 70%.
